摘  要:目的分析探讨早期水中有氧运动结合抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响。方法选取在我院自愿接受早期水中有氧运动结合抚触护理的新生儿250例设为研究组,选取同期未实施早期水中有氧运动结合抚触护理的新生儿250例设为对照组。研究组在出生当天就进行水中有氧运动结合抚触,对照组只进行传统的洗浴。比较两组新生儿身体发育情况。结果两组新生儿在出生时体重比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出生后的第5天,研究组的新生儿平均体重明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组新生儿排第1次胎便以及胎便转黄的时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿平均吃奶量明显多于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论新生儿早期水中有氧运动结合抚触能够促进消化,加快胎便的排出,同时增加摄入奶量,促进新生儿体重的增加,有利于新生儿的生长及脑部发育。Objective To observe the effects on early water aerobics combined with touch nursing to the growth and development of newborn.. Methods 250 cases of neonatal voluntarily accepted early water aerobics combined with touch nursing from our hospital were selected as study group, 250 cases of neonatal did not implement early water aer- obics combined with touch nursing were selected as control group. Study group was given water aerobics combined with touch nursing on the day of their birth, control group was only given traditional bath. The neonatal body develop- ment situations of two groups were compared. Results there was no difference on neonatal birth weight between two groups (P 〉 0.05), but the average weight of newborn of study group was obviously higher than that of the control group after the fifth day of their birth (P 〈 0.05); the first row meconium time and meconium turn yellow time of study group was significantly earlier than that in control group (P 〈 0.01); average quantity of eating milk in study group was obviously more than that in control group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Neonatal early water aerobics combined with touch nursing can promote digestion, speeds up the meconium of discharge, increase the intake of milk supply at the same time, and promote the neonatal weight gain, which is beneficial to the growth of babies and brain development.
