摘　　要：目的探索精神患者心理护理的临床效果。方法将117例患者分为研究组(65例)和对照组(52例)。对研究组进行心理分析并给予心理护理措施,对照组给予常规护理,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)对两组患者进行评定。结果研究组患者阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般病理症状评分以及总分均比对照组改善明显(P<0.05)。结论心理护理对精神患者的康复仍将起到重要的作用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing of psychiatric patients. Methods 117 pa- tients were randomly divided into study group （65 cases） and control group （52 cases）. Study group was given psycho- analysis and psychological nursing measuresusing, control group was given routine nursing, the outcomes of patient were assessed by PANSS scale. Results The patients positive symptoms, negative symptoms, general pathological symptoms and the total scores of study group were obviously improved when compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The psychological nursing demonstrated the efficacy of the psychiatric patients
