摘  要:门诊医疗服务管理是医院管理水平的重要体现,提高门诊管理水平,对切实缓解人民群众"看病难"具有重要意义。本文通过对我院门诊现状分析,找出存在的问题和原因,探索科学、合理的解决方法和途径。针对门诊管理中存在的问题,提出了具体的改进措施,有效地改善了门诊就医流程,促进了门诊医疗服务高效运作。The management of outpatient medical service is an important embodiment of hospital management level. Improving the outpatient service management level, can really ease the difficulty of seeing a doctor. Through analyzing the current situation of our hospital outpatient service, the existing problems and causes can be identified and scientific and reasonable solutions can explored as well. China's current large general hospital outpatient management is not consistent with the requirements of the local community and hinders the further development of out-patient. Through a rational, scientific management system, outpatient procedures can be effectively improved, so as to promote the effi- cient operation of outpatient medical services.
