摘　　要：介绍了电子浆料的分类、组成及电子浆料用有机载体的研究现状,综述了电子浆料用有机载体对浆料流平性、挥发特性、电学性能、力学性能等方面影响的研究进展。最后提出了电子浆料用有机载体存在的问题,并展望了其今后的研究方向。The classification, coposition of the electronic paste and research status on organic carrier for elec- tronic paste are briefly introduced. The research progress in effect on leveling performance, volatile characteristic, electrical performance, and mechanical performance of organic carrier for electronic paste are summarized. Finally, the problem of organic carrier for electronic paste and the prospect of research direction is presented.
