摘　　要：综述了国内外的变形镁合金电子背散射衍射(EBSD)试样的制备方法和步骤,阐述了制样过程中的切割、镶嵌、研磨和最终抛光各步骤的相互影响及对EBSD数据采集及分析的影响。总结了电解抛光技术在变形镁合金EBSD试样制备中的应用,最后展望了镁合金EBSD试样制备方法的发展方向。EBSD（electron backscattered diffraction） sample preparation methods and procedures of wrought magnesium alloy are reviewed at home and abroad. The influences of cutting, inlaying, grinding and eventual polishing are discussed in detail. Moreover, the application of electrolyte-polish technology used EBSD specimen preparation of wrought magnesium alloys is summarized and future research trends are proposed.
