摘　　要："中国入世十年"WTO法国际研讨班与圆桌讨论会期间,来自海内外的知名专家学者就WTO法的重要制度、WTO规则体系的发展以及中国入世十年的经验教训和前景进行了深入探讨与交流。会议认为:全球化下WTO规则体系面临诸多挑战,除了进一步加强对WTO基本制度及其具体新问题的研究和完善之外,完成多哈会议谈判和强化对自由贸易的条约保护是未来努力的主要方向。中国入世十年,既有收获也存在问题,需要不断加强学习和掌握WTO原理规则,完善相关立法,同时利用WTO改革的契机积极参与世界贸易规则的制定以充分维护自身利益。研讨会促进了国内和国外、理论界和实务界的深度交流,为进一步学习研究WTO规则以及探讨中国与WTO的良性互动提供难得的机会和经验。During the period of the ＂China in WTO at 10th year＂ at the International Workshop and Roundtable Semi- nar on WTO Law held in the Law School of Xi＇an Jiaotong University, famed experts and scholars carried out in -depth discussions and interflow on the crucial systems of the WTO law, the development of WTO trading rule systems and the experiences, lessons and prospects in ten years after China joined the WTO. It is held that the WTO is facing a series of challenges and to tackle them it is essential not only to further strengthen the research and perfection of fundamental sys- tems and actual new issues of the WTO, the main orientation to exert efforts is to complete the Doha round negotiation and to intensify the protection of trading agreements. Over a decade since China joined the WTO, there is not only suc- cess but problems as well. It is needed to continuously strengthen learning and grasping the principles and rules of the WTO and perfect relevant legislation, and at the same time to make use of the turning point of the reform of the WTO to participate in the formulation of the trading rules of the world to fully safeguard our own interests. The workshop and roundtable seminar have propelled in - depth exchange between scholars and practitioners from both China and abroad, providing a rare opportunity and excellent experience for furthering the interaction between China and the WTO.
