摘　　要：目的了解高校教职工高血压、高血糖的患病情况,为高校预防保健工作提供依据。方法对桂林市某高校教职工进行健康体检,将2005年、2010年高血压、高血糖检出率进行分析比较。结果随着年龄的升高,2005年、2010年桂林市某高校教职工高血压、高血糖检出率都升高;2010年与2005年相比高血压、高血糖总检出率都升高,2者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桂林市某高校教职工高血压、高血糖患病率有增高趋势,需采取科学有效的干预,降低高血压、高血糖发生,从而有效的预防心血管事件的发生。Objective To understand the status of the prevalence of hypertension and hyperglycemia of faculty members at a university so as to provide the reference for prevention and health care. Methods All the faculty members at a university in Guilin City received the examinations of blood pressure and blood sugar in 2005 and 2010, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The detection rates of hypertension and hyperglycemia increased with the age rising of the faculty members; the detection rates of hypertension and hyperglycemia were both higher in 2010 than those in 2005 （both P values〈 0.05）. Conclusions The hypertension and hyperglycemia rates of the faculty members have increasing trends. Therefore we should adopt scientific and effective interventions to reduce them in order to prevent cardiovascular events effectively.
