摘  要:目的探讨减肥运动处方对青春后期体质量超标肥胖学生心脏动力学参数的影响。方法研究对象均为单纯性体质量超标肥胖人群,并且无运动禁忌证,在实验知情同意书签字的26名在校学生,根据不同的人确定减肥运动处方,8周减肥运动处方实施前后测定相关指标。结果 8周前后青春后期体质量超标肥胖学生的体质量、BMI、体脂百分比等身体形态指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);心脏功能的动力学、血流动力学、血液和微循环动力学主要参数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施8周减肥运动处方能有效减体质量、减脂肪、改善BMI、降低体脂百分比、改善心脏功能的动力学参数、血流动力学参数和微循环的动力学参数,有效提高心血管系统的功能。Objective To evaluate the effect of slim exercise prescription on cardiac hemodynamic parameters of later period adolescents with overweight and obesity. Methods A lotal of 26 college students ( 11 boys and 15 girls) with simple overweight and obesity but without movement contraindications were selected and they all signed the risk assessment informed consent. The slim exercise prescriptions were established according to the individual characteristics. The relevant cardiac hemodynamic parameters were measured before and 8 weeks after the exercises. Results Eight weeks after the exercises the body weight, BMI, and [xxty fat percentage improved significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). The dynamics of cardiac function, hemodynamic parameters, and blood and microcirculation kinetic parameters also improved significantly (P〈0.05). Conclusions The implementation of the slim exercise prescription can effectively reduce the body weight, improve BMI, lower percentage of body fat, improve the parameters of heart function, hemodynamics and blood and the microcirculation kinetics, and effectively enhance cardiovascular function.
