摘　　要：分析了模具设计中目前常用的模具标准件库的建立和管理方法及优缺点,提出了基于Excel数据库函数的复杂部件族文件的建立方法,以冲模中常用的5种刃口截面形状的标准凸模为例,叙述标准件库建立的步骤,方法简单易行,不需要进行二次开发,提高了模具设计的效率。The establishing and managing methods of common die and mould standard parts library in die and mould design were analyzed; and their advantages and disadvantages were presented. A new method based on Excel database functions was proposed to establish the complex component family files. Taking five kinds of standard punches with different points＇ section as example, the procedures for establishing the standard parts library were presented. The method is simple and practical, no secondary development is needed and the design efficiency is increased.
