不同融资方式对技术创新产出的差异性影响——以泛长三角地区医药制造业为例

摘　　要：医药制造业是全世界范围内发展最快、最具潜力的高技术产业之一,其技术创新的各个方面都引起国内外研究者的关注。以泛长三角地区四省市1995～2008年相关数据为基础,用多方程模型分析各种融资方式对该地区医药制造业技术创新产出的影响,发现:四种融资方式对泛长三角地区医药制造业技术创新产出产生的影响各不相同。其中,政府资金支持、企业自筹资金及外商直接投资三种融资方式对泛长三角地区医药制造业技术创新产出的提高具有积极的影响,影响程度最大的为企业自筹资金,外商直接投资次之,政府资金支持最低,而金融机构贷款的影响却为负。The pharmaceutical industry is the fastest growing and also one of the most promising high-tech industry throughout the world, and its technical innovations in all aspects have attracted the attention of researchers both at home and abroad. Based on the data collected from the four provinces in Pan-Yangtze River Delta Region during the period 1995 -2008, this paper uses multi-equation model to analyze the different means of financing which exert effects on the technical innovation output of the pharmaceutical industry. The results show that the four different means of financing have diverse effects upon technical innovation output of the pharmaceutical industry in this region. Government funding, corporate self-financing and foreign direct investment have a positive impact on the improvement of technical innovation output in this region among the four means of financing, and self-financing demonstrates the greatest influence and foreign direct investment the second. On the contrary, loans from financial institutions have a negative impact on the improvement of technological innovation outputs.
