摘　　要：运用文献资料和系统分析等方法,阐述了沿海社会经济迅速发展为背景下的后奥运时代中全民参与健身热潮及在快速发展中的体育产业为沿海和海岛居民参与发展海洋体育提供的基础条件;论述了发展海洋体育的指导思想和系统结构体系;建构了发展海洋体育的目标模式和发展模式,旨在为我国海洋体育的健康、科学、持续发展提供新思路和参考价值,以期望海洋体育运动将直接推动海洋经济和社会的发展,成为新的经济增长点。Using methods of document literature and system analysis, this paper expound the whole people to partici- pate in an fitness boom during the time of late Olympic Games under the background of the rapid development of coastal social economic. In the rapid development of the sports industry provides the basic condition for coastal and is- land residents participating in the development of marine sports. Structures the subiective and evolution system about the development of marine sports, which is aim to provide new ideals and reference value for constructing a health, science and sustainable development of our countrys marine sports. Expectes that marine sports will directly promote marine economic and social development, and become a new economic growth point.
