摘　　要：体育服务与管理专业是为了适应社会需求产生的新型交叉性专业,为了更好地进行专业建设并且及时调整相应的课程结构,研究从毕业生的就业现状调查入手,指出体育服务与管理专业就业中存在的若干问题,提出创新工作思路、拓宽就业渠道、加强专业课程建设、探索高职就业指导发展新策略。Sports service and management is a new cross specialty in order to adapt to the social needs to produce. In order to better professional construction and timely adjustment of the corresponding curriculum structure, from thegraduates＇ employment situation, this paper points out that physical education service and management professional employment has some problems. Provide some suggestion to innovation job train of thought, widen obtain employ-ment channel, strengthen the course construction o~ employment guidance, explore new development strategy of high- er vocational education.
