摘　　要：运用文献研究法对1930年在杭州举办的全运会的称谓进行了学理上的辨析,对旧中国第四届全运会举办的背景作了细致全面的挖掘,并对与此届全运会得以成功举办的两个重要历史人物的贡献给予肯定,且通过对是届全运会基本情况的现象反映试图揭示其历史地位的本质所属:即她是民国首次举办的全国运动会;诞生了第一面全运会会旗;正式设立女子比赛项目;第一次完全由华人操办的全运会;铺整了一条见证浙江省体育事业蓬勃发展的大道——体育场路;刘长春、符保卢是届全运会的展露为其后征战奥运会埋下伏笔等。建议:历史事件的客观评价与真实地位须有全面的汇聚还其真情,细微处介入希冀激起人们对旧中国第四届全运会的过往追忆,且由点及面希图学人建立对中国近代体育史实无限探索的基本意识和学术热情。By using literature research method, this study discriminates the name of the National Games in Hangzhou which had held in 1930, and digs into the background in which the 4th National Games held in detail. Moreover, the author confirms the contribution of two important historical figures-- --with whose help, the national games held suc- cessfully. And then based on the basic information of the National Games, the paper also tries to reveal the essence of its historical position. The results are： the Kuomintang held the national games firstly; The first flag belong to Na- tional Games was born in this National Games; The women＇s competition project was set up officially; Chinese com- pletely held the National Games for the first time; The stadium road was paved which witnesses that Zhejiang sports enterprise vigorously developed as well as the performance of Changchun Liu and Baolu Fu in the 4th National Games tends to set the stage potentially for the Olympic Games, etc. Finally, the suggestion is as following： It must be re- search the overall convergence of the events to find out the objective evaluation and the real role what the historical e- vents should be. In a certain extent, the author ardently expects it will arouse people to the 4th national games in the past remembrance, perhaps more crucial is that scholars in China could establish basic consciousness and academic en- thusiasm for unlimitedly exploring modern sports history.
