麦默通微创旋切术治疗乳腺脓肿12例

摘　　要：目的探讨麦默通(Mammotome)微创旋切术治疗乳腺脓肿的临床效果。方法 2011-08～2012-08在超声引导下应用Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳腺脓肿12例,并随诊观察治疗效果。结果 12例乳腺脓肿均得到临床治愈。穿刺切口(0.31±0.01)cm;住院时间(7±0.02)d,手术损伤小,病程短,乳腺外形满意。术后随访2～12个月,临床及B超复查均未发现复发。结论 Mammotome微创旋切术治疗乳腺脓肿疗效满意,具有较好的美容效果。Objective To evaluate the value of clinical application of ultrasound-guided mammotome mini-mally invasive surgery in the treatment of breast abscess. Methods From August 2011 to August 2012, 12 cases of breast abscess were treated by mammotome minimally invasive system. And the posteperative follow-up was performed to observe the therapeutic effect, Results All of the 12 cases of breast abscess were cured. The average length of in- cision was （ 0. 31 _＋ 0.01 ） cm. The average duration of hospital stays was （7 ＋- 0. 02 ） d. The surgical trauma was small, the course of illness was short, and the cosmetic appearance of the breasts was satisfactory. In the follow-up of 2 - 12 months, clinical and B-ultrasound examination were not found recurrence. Conclusion Mammotone is a fea-sible and safe procedure with satisfactory cosmetic results for breast abscess. It can provide favorable condition for subsequent plastic nipple surgery.
