摘　　要：在调查研究中、日两国废旧手机配件处理技术的基础上,找出我国在废旧手机配件处理技术方面存在的问题,并总结日本经验,结合我国国情,提出应在废旧手机配件回收体系、处理企业、处理技术、法律体系、宣传力度等方面予以改善和提高,以期促进我国废旧手机回收利用计划持续、健康地发展壮大。Based on an investigation and study on the processing technology of discarded mobile phone accessories both in Japan and China, the problems in processing technology in China were proposed. Considering the experience in Japan and the actual conditions in China, some suggestions about improvement and update in recycling system, professional enterprise processing technology, legal system, publicity efforts and many other aspects were advocated, so as to accelerate the continuous and healthy development of discarded mobile phones recycling in China.
