地氯雷他定联合曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察地氯雷他定联合曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将入选的60例患者按就诊时间随机分为观察组（40例）和对照组（20例）。观察组15服地氯雷他定1mg、1次／d和曲尼司特0．1g、3次／d。对照组单纯口服地氯雷他定，方法同观察组。2组均连用4周后评价疗效，停药4周后观察复发情况。结果治疗4周后，观察组有效率为92．5％（37／40），明显高于对照组70．0％（14／20），差异有统计学意义（Х^2=5．29，P〈0．05）；对照组复发率为25．0％（5／20），明显高于观察组12．5％（5／40），差异有统计学意义（Х^2=10．06，P〈0．05）。结论地氯雷他定联合曲尼司特治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效满意，能明显降低复发率，疗效优于单用地氯雷他定。Objective To observe the effect of desloratadine combined with tranilast on chronic urticaria. Methods All 60 patients were divided into observation group （40 cases ） and control group （20 cases ）; the observation group orally took desloratadine 5 rag, 1 time per day and tranilast 0. 1 g 3 times per day ： the control group took only desloratadine 5 rag, 1 time per day; After 4 weeks treatment, the evaluation of the efficacy and follow-up recurrence was carried out. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, effective rate in observation group [ 92. 5% （37/40） ] was significantly higher than that in control group [ 70.0% （14/20） ] （X^2 = 5.29, P 〈 0.05 ）, the rate of relapse in control group [ 25.0% （ 5/20 ） ] was significantly higher than that in the treatment group [ 12. 5% （5/40）]. Conclusion Desloratadine combined with tranilast treatment on chronic urticaria have a satisfactory effect than using separate desloratadine treatment.
