摘　　要：先商文化研究是商文化研究的深化。上甲微假师于河伯以伐有易和先商文化南下是先商历史上两件具有转折意义的大事。上甲微假师于河伯以伐有易在历史上确有其事,但河伯绝非商远祖冥或为商先公。先商文化南下是因为气候原因,但客观上为商人自身的发展提供了一个极好的契机,并为商族最后夺取夏王朝政权奠定了良好的基础。The study on the cuhure of pre - Shang Du^asty will improve the reseach on the culture of Shang Dynasty. In this paper, the author explores two big events, the first one is Jiawei （ 甲微） askded for military force from Hebo （ 河伯） to crusade against Youyi （ 有易 ）, the second one is the culture of pre - Shang Dynasty marched south. The author argues that the fisrt event is true, however, Hebo isn＇t the Shang phratry forefathers named Ming （冥） or Shang phratry forefathers. The culture of pre - Shang Dynasty marched south because of climate change, but it objectively provided an opportunity for the development of Shang people, and finally laid a great foundation for Shang clan to replace Xia Dynasty.
