摘  要:建立了砂金中15种稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱测定方法。考察了基体Au的谱线干扰及基体效应,采用In内标补偿基体对待测信号的抑制作用。仪器检测限为0.000 9~0.002 9μg/L,加入标准物质的回收率为98%~106.7%,分析结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.33%~1.79%。该方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确。A determination method of 15 rare earth elements in gold placer by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The effects of spectral interference and matrix effect of the substrate Au were investigated and the inhibition matrix did to the measured signal was compensated using In as internal standard.The detection limit is 0.000 9-0.002 9 μg/L,the recovery was 98 %-106.7 % by standard substance addition and the relative standard deviation(RSD)of the analysis is 0.33 % to 1.79 %.The method is simple,quick,sensitive and accurate.
