摘　　要：为了优化改进传统比例阀测试手段,在四通方向阀试验方法国标的基础上,设计搭建了比例方向阀测试系统。利用"LabVIEW+数据采集卡"实现了特性曲线的实时图形化显示,并以力士乐公司的4WRKE比例方向阀为测试对象,实际验证了该系统运行良好,能够高效、可靠地进行数据采集和处理,所测部分性能指标与Rexroth样本资料提供的数据略有偏差,基本满足测试要求。For the purpose of optimizing and improving the conventional proportional valve testing methods, on the base of national standard of the four-way directional valve test, the test system of the directional valve was designed and constructed. Using LabVIEW ＋ data acquisition card to achieve real-time graphical display of the characteristic curve, meanwhile using Rexroth 4WRKE directional valve as the test object,the system is running well and can realize data acquisition and processing efficiently and reliably through practical verification. The measured part of the performance is slightly lower than the Rexroth sample data.
