摘 要:归纳了国内对标准件零件库方面的研究工作,指出机床夹具标准件的建模是其中的薄弱环节。从三维建模的角度,将常用机床夹具标准件分成五大类,介绍了各类标准件的特点。在此基础上,充分运用关系、受限制值参数、族表、程序等Pro/E工具,分别以菱形螺母、双头螺柱、光面压块、移动压板和固定定位销等典型标准件为例,介绍了各类标准件在Pro/E环境下的建模及形成系列化的方法,说明了特定规格标准件生成的步骤。The research for the standard parts library in domestic is summed up, and the weak link of the standard modeling of machine tool fixture is pointed out. From the 3D modeling perspective,commonly used machine tool fixture standard parts are di- vided into five categories and characteristics of various kinds of standard parts are summarized. On the basis of this and by making full use of such tools as relation, restricted value parameter, family table and program, and taking typical standard parts of rhom- bie nut, double-stud, smooth press block, movable pressure-plate, and fixed location-pin, etc. as examples, attempts to make a dee- per introduction of the modeling of various kinds of standard parts and the methods of forming their series from simple to complex. Description of the specific specifications for standard parts generation steps is put forward.
