摘  要:针对三爪自定心卡盘齿轮原铣齿夹具在加工中存在的问题,重新设计了改进型铣齿夹具,使其达到较高的加工精度,尤其是对夹具的分度方式进行了创新,即以棘轮、棘爪和分度齿盘为精密分度装置,可实现一次装夹、多工位加工。实践证明,改进型铣齿夹具满足多品种卡盘齿轮的加工,生产率高,劳动强度低,具有良好的经济性。According to the problems of three-jaw self-centering chucks gear of the original milling fixture during process, rede- signed improved gear milling fixture, so that the higher machining accuracy can be reached. Especially, the index mode of the fix- ture is innovated in this design. The fixture uses ratchet pawl institutions for precision indexing, single setup and multi-station ma- chining are able to be realized. Practice has proved that the improved milling fixture meets the processing more varieties chuck gears, raise the working efficiency, reduce labor intensity and achieve good economy.
