摘 要:混凝土结构在酸与盐共同作用环境中服役日趋常见,但就混合侵蚀介质对混凝土性能影响的研究尚不系统。试验研究了硫酸与硫酸盐共同作用下混凝土剥蚀情况、力学性能及体积稳定性的变化规律,对劣化机理进行了分析。结果表明,硫酸与硫酸盐长期作用对低水胶比混凝土剥蚀及强度发展影响显著,试件体积膨胀。耐酸粉料能降低混合侵蚀介质作用下试件剥蚀率,强度损失减小,提升了体积稳定性。胶凝体系中钙硅比及密实程度是影响其性能劣化的关键。It is common to see that concrete Structure service in the environment of acid and salt but the study on influence of mixed erosion media on properties of concrete is rare. The effect of sulfuric acid and sulfate on concrete erosion condition,mechanical property and bulk stability were investigated. The deterioration mechanism of concrete in mixed erosion media was also be analyzed. The results show that the influences of sulfuric acid and sulfate on erosion and strength development of concrete with low water-binder ratio are significant. Concrete specimen expands in mixed erosion media. Acid resistance admixture can reduce the concrete erosion ratio,moreover the compressive strength and bulk stability of concrete are guaranteed. The calcium/silicate ratio and compactness of cementitious system are key points which influence the concrete performance degradation in mixed erosion media.
