摘 要:以陶瓷废料、粉煤灰、石灰、水泥等为原料,采用化学发气方法制备加气混凝土。研究了各原材料组分、工艺参数对加气混凝土浆体流变性能及砌块力学性能的影响,并采用SEM和XRD对其微观形貌进行分析。结果表明,当m(水泥)∶m(石灰)∶m(陶瓷废料)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(石膏)=20∶17∶39∶21∶3,水料比为0.56,铝粉用量为干基物料的0.1%时,制备的加气混凝土砌块表观密度达到B06等级的要求。经蒸压养护后,形成的主要水化产物有C-S-H(I)凝胶、柳叶状托勃莫来石及少量的水化石榴子石。In this article,we used the ceramic wastes, fly ash,lime and Portland cement as the raw materials for the production of Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) with the chemical aerating method. The effects of mix proportion and some technological parameters to the theological properties and mechanical properties of aerated concrete slurry were studied. At last,we studied the mierostructure through SEM analysis and XRD analysis. The result is that when the specimen was made with the cementitious material [m (cement) :m (lime) :m (wastes) :m (fly ash) :m (gypsum) =20:17:39:21:3], water-binder ratio (W/B) is 0.56, the dosage of aluminum paste is 0.1% relative to the raw materials,and the surface density of the prepared aerated concrete block reached the standard request to a B06 level. After being autoclaved cured, the major hydration products is C-S-H(I) gel, tobermorite and a small amount of hydrogamet.
