摘　　要：图书馆员(以下称馆员)承担着图书馆主要业务和日常工作的管理,有的还承担着一定的组织领导工作。他们是我国各级各类图书馆事业发展的中坚力量。因其工作相对繁杂,工作清苦,情绪躁动,因此产生的心理问题也逐渐增多。本文试图通过馆员心理问题的产生提出对策,从而健康地管理图书馆工作。Librarian bears the main business and routine of library, some of them bear the organization and leading works, they are the important force of library course in China. Because of the diverse and impoverished works, they are prone to produce psychological problems. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of the psychological problems, in order to promote the sustainable development of library course.
