摘　　要：由于目前临床使用的传统抗凝药均存在局限性,一些具有起效快、特异性高、无需监测凝血指标或调整剂量、与其他药物相互作用小等优势的新型抗凝药受到临床重视。本文对以直接凝血酶抑制剂达比加群酯和AZD0837以及Xa因子抑制剂利伐沙班、依度沙班、阿哌沙班和奥米沙班为代表的新型抗凝药物在国外临床研究中的有效性和安全性等方面进行了综述。The traditional anticoagulants have some drawbacks,which limit their use in the clinical setting.However,new anticoagulants have some potential benefits including rapid onset and high specificity;they also have no need of coagulation parameter monitoring or dose adjustment,and small interactions with other drugs.The clinical efficacy and safety of the new anticoagulants,direct thrombin inhibitors and factor Xa inhibitors,were reviewed,such as dabigatran etexilate,AZD0837,rivaroxaban,edoxaban,apixaban and otamixaban.
