摘　　要：目的:探索临床路径管理在保障医疗质量与安全、规范诊疗行为、提高医疗服务效率、有效控制不合理费用的作用。方法:回顾性分析2010年至2011年全国临床路径管理试点工作相关资料,从医疗质量、安全、效率、费用指标变化情况等各项指标进行统计分析。结论:实施临床路径管理后,在保障医疗质量与安全的基础上,规范了诊疗行为,提高了医疗服务效率,有效地控制了不合理医疗费用,对于促进医疗服务管理向科学化、规范化、专业化、精细化、信息化发展具有重要的意义。Objective This paper explores the function of Clinical Pathway Management in several aspects, such as medical quality and safety guarantee, medical behavior standardization, medical service efficiency improvement, and effective control on unreasonable expenses. Method On reviewing the relevant materials in national pilot projects for clinical pathway management from 2010 to 2011, statistic analysis on variations of each index such as medical quality, safety, efficiency, expense has been conducted thoroughly in this paper. Conclusion Clinical pathway management is of great importance to the development of medical service management. On the basis of safeguarding medical quality and safety, it helps to further standardize medical behavior, achieve the improvement in medical service efficiency, and reach the goal of effective controlling on unreasonable medical expenses. Clinical pathway management weights a lot in promoting the medical service management towards the direction of scientific, standardized, professionalized, refined and informationalized development.
