摘 要:为了有效防治由老空水、陷落柱水、顶板水引起的3类煤矿重大突水灾害,介绍了与其相关的老空水探查、顶板水害预测及监测预警、矿井水害治理、侏罗纪煤田保水开采等方面技术新进展,建立了基于"三探""三测"和"绕避、改造、降势、适应、隔离"五原则的防治水技术体系基本框架,提出了隐伏导水陷落柱探查、侏罗纪煤田顶板砂岩水防治的具体研究思路。实践证明,解决好这些关键技术问题是做好煤矿重大突水灾害防范工作的基础。若能从3种不同水害类型防治关键技术问题入手,即可构建煤矿重大突水防治技术体系是有效防治煤矿重特大水害事故的根本途径。In order to effectively prevent and control water from the goaf,sink hole and roof to cause three major mine water inrush disasters,the paper introduced the related detection of the goaf water,the prediction and the monitoring and measuring early warning of the roof water disaster,mine water disaster control,the water protection mining in Jurassic Period coalfield and other technical progress.Based on three detections,three measurements and passing round,reconstruction,water table drop,suitable and isolation principles,a basic framework of the water prevention and control technical system was established.Certain study ideas on the detection of the hidden water flow sink hole and roof sandstone water prevention and control in Jurassic Period coalfield were provided.The practices showed that to well solve the above key technical problems would be the base to well conduct the mine major water inrush disaster prevention work.From the three different water disaster type prevention and control key technology,the establishment of the mine major water inrush prevention and control technology system would be the basic access to effectively prevent and control the mine major water disaster accidents.
