温经汤对无排卵型功血冲任虚寒血瘀证患者生殖激素分泌的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温经汤治疗无排卵型功血冲任虚寒血瘀证的作用机制,并从治疗角度反证无排卵型功血冲任虚寒血瘀证与生殖激素的关系。方法:对30例无排卵型功血冲任虚寒血瘀证患者给与温经汤治疗,连续服药3个月经周期。观察临床疗效,测定治疗前后血清生殖激素的变化,并与32例正常女性对照。结果:近期临床治愈25例(83.0%),无效5例(17.0%)。治疗后血清E2较治疗前有所升高,(P>0.05)差异无统计学意义,P明显升高(t=2.535>2.39,P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:温经汤具有改善无排卵型功血冲任虚寒血瘀证患者生殖内分泌激素的作用。作用于卵巢,调节孕酮的分泌,纠正月经周期紊乱,促进卵泡成熟、排卵以达到治疗效果。Objective：To investigate the mechanisms of Wenjing decoction treating the Chong and Ren Deficiency and Blood stasis Type of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients and find evidence to confirm the correlation between the Chong and Ren Deficiency and Blood stasis Type of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and reproductive hormone from a treatment point of view.Methods：30 cases of Chong and Ren Deficiency and Blood stasis Type of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding were treated with Wenjing decoction for three menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy was observed and recorded and the serum reproductive hormone changes before and after treatment were detected and compared with 32 normal women.Results：Among 30 patients,25 were recent clinically cured（83.0%）,treatment ineffective was 5（17.0%）.Serum E_2 was increased after treatment（P0.05）,without statistical significance.But P was significantly increased（t=2.5352.39,P0.01）,there was significant difference.Conclusion：Wenjing decoction can improve the function of the reproductive hormones in the patients with Chong and Ren Deficiency and Blood stasis Type of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Wenjing decoction achieves efficacy through regulating the secretion of ovarian progesterone and promoting follicular maturation and ovulation.
