摘  要:目的:分析天仙子脂肪酸中成分组成,比较炮制对其脂肪酸组成的影响,比较不同产地天仙子脂肪酸组成。方法:GC-MS方法分析天仙子中脂肪酸组成,用气相色谱面积归一化法测定了各成分的相对百分含量。结果:经毛细管色谱分离并鉴定出11个峰。亚油酸含量最高(65.36%),其次是油酸(14.59%),还有肉豆蔻酸(4.85%)、棕榈酸(4.63%)、硬脂酸(2.58%)、α-亚麻酸(14.59%)、山嵛酸(0.55%)等。首次采用GC对不同产地及不同炮制品中脂肪酸成分进行了比较分析。结论:3个产地的天仙子中脂肪酸组成变化不明显。炮制后部分脂肪酸组成成分相对百分含量增加或减少,未见成分组成的质变。Objective:To analyze the compositions of fatty oil in the seeds of Hyoscyamus niger L.;To investigate the influence of processing on the compositions of fatty oil in the seeds;To compare the differences of the compositions of the fatty oil in the seeds from various habitats.Methods:GC-MS was used to analyze the compositions of the fatty oil in the seeds.Results:11 compositions were isolated and identified,including linoleic acid(65.36%),oleic acid(14.59%),myristic acid(4.85%),palmitic acid(4.63%),stearic acid(2.58%),α- linolenic acid(14.59%),behenic acid (0.55%),and etc.It is firstly reported that the compositions of the fatty oil in the seeds from various habitats and the processed samples were studied comparatively.Conclusion:There was no significant difference in the fatty oil of the seeds from the three regions.The relative content of some compositions increase or decrease after the seeds were processed.
