张卫华封髓丹加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡经验

摘　　要：口腔溃疡是一种常见的口腔黏膜疾病,复发性口腔溃疡更影响患者的工作与生活。在此方面张卫华主任医师经验颜丰,认为脾胃虚弱是病机根本,阴盛于下,虚阳浮于上,相火不潜是病因,其辨证分型可分为湿从热化;寒湿内盛;外感燥热,虚火内扰;阴寒内盛,逼阳于外;火灼津液,肝肾阴亏热等型。在封髓丹基础上加减治疗,能起到扶阳抑阴,引火归源,阴阳平和之功效,并制定出6张协定方,在根本上调整阴阳,临床取得较好疗效。就其临证经验进行分析总结。Oral ulcer is a kind of common oral mucosa diseases.Recurrent oral ulcer will affect the patients＇work and life.ZHANG Weihua director doctor has rich experience in this field,she believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is the deficiency of spleen and stomach.The etiology of this disease is that yin is excess in the lower energizer,deficiency yang is floating into the upper energizer,and mingmen-fire is hyperactivity.There are several types classified based on the syndrome differentiation,that is dampness transforming into damp-heat;interior excess of cold-dampness; exogenous dryness -heat leading to the internal disturbance by asthenic fire;predominant yin driving yang outside;fire consuming yin-fluid and making yin-heat of liver and kidney.Modified Fengsui Dan can tonify yang to restrict yin,ensure proper downward flow of fire,and keep the balance between yin and yang.She made six formulae to fundamentally regulate yin and yang and it has achieved a meaningful clinical efficacy.The analyzed and summarized clinical experience is as follows.
