摘　　要：介绍徐再春教授治疗肾病综合征经验,认为该病痛机为本虚标实,病本者以脾肾两虚为主,病标者以水湿、瘀热之邪多见,辨证论治强调根据证型变化,灵活用药;脾肾同治,重视气化;活血化瘀,通腑降浊;清利湿热,益气固表。Professor XU Zaichun＇s experience of treating nephrotic syndrome was introduced.He believes that the pathogenesis is based on root deficiency and branch excess;root deficiency presents with spleen-kidney insufficiency and branch excess with dampness and stasis-heat.Treatment based on syndrome differentiation emphasized syndrome type changes and flexible medication;treating both the kidney and the spleen,attaching importance to Qi action;activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,purging Fu-organs to eliminate the turbid;clearing away dampness and heat, tonifying qi and strengthening the exterior.
