摘 要:目的:探讨压力抗栓泵辅助预防老年骨科患者下肢静脉血栓形成的效果及护理方法。方法:将100例老年股骨粗隆骨折患者分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组术后用常规抗凝治疗及护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用压力抗栓泵辅助治疗及护理,比较两组患者下肢静脉血栓形成情况。结果:两组术后7 d在凝血指标变化方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05),髋关节功能恢复评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:压力泵能够有效减少老年骨科患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的形成,配合良好的护理,能明显促进患者关节功能的恢复。Objective:To investigate the effect of antithrombotic pressure pump in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis ( DVT)in eld- erly patients in the department of orthopedics and nursing methods. Methods: 100 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were divided into the observation group and the control group (50 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given con- ventional anticoagulation therapy and nursing care after operation;the patients in the observation group were given adjuvant therapy with antithrombotic pressure pump and nursing care based on the conventional one. The occurrence of DVT in the lower extremities was com- pared between the two groups. Results :There was statistically significant difference between the two groups in the comparison of the varia- tion of coagulation 7 days after operation ( P 〉 0.05) ; the occurrence of DVT in the lower extremities was significantly less in the observa- tion group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the scores of functional recovery of hip joint were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The adjuvant therapy with antithrombotic pressure pump can effectively reduce the occurrence of DVT in the lower extremities in elderly patients in the department of orthopedics and good nursing care can promote the func- tional recovery of joint.
