摘  要:目的:观察三黄凝胶对大鼠耳廓痤疮模型血清白介素1α(IL-1α)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响,探讨三黄凝胶治疗痤疮的作用机制。方法:采用100%油酸于大鼠右耳廓皮内连续涂抹3周制造实验大鼠耳廓痤疮模型,造模成功后,模型组、正常组不涂抹任何药物,三黄凝胶高、中、低剂量组分别在大鼠右耳廓造模处涂抹不同剂量的三黄凝胶,阳性组涂抹0.025%维A酸乳膏,连续治疗2周后,用双抗体夹心ABC-ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清IL-1α、TNF-α的含量。结果:各治疗组大鼠血清IL-1α、TNF-α的含量均明显低于模型组(P<0.05),低、中剂量组与阳性组比较无统计差异(P>0.05),高剂量组与阳性组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三黄凝胶治疗痤疮的作用机制可能与抑制和减少IL-1α、TNF-α的产生有关。Objective:To observe the effects of SanHuang gel on IL-1α and TNF-α in the serum of rats with acne on the auricle and explore its mechanism of SanHuang gel in treating acne.Method:Rat model with acne was established through smearing the auricle of right ears with 100% oleinic acid for three consecutive weeks.After successfully established the models,model group and normal group remained unhandled,SanHuang gel groups of high,moderate and low dose were spreaded with different doses of SanHuang gel over the right auricle,positive group were smeared with 0.025% tretinoin ointment.IL-1α and TNF-α in the serum of rats in all groups were detected with ABC-ELISA method after treating for two consecutive weeks.Result:Contents of serum IL-1α and TNF-α in the rats of different medicated groups were lower than that of model group remarkably(P 0.05),comparisons among moderate and low dose groups,positive group showed no difference(P0.05),comparison between high dose group and positive group demonstrated statistical meaning(P 0.05).Conclusion:The mechanism of SanHuang gel in treating acne might be related to inhibiting and reducing the content of IL-1α and TNF-α.
