敦煌疗风虚瘦弱方的方源及临床治验举要

摘　　要：通过对敦煌医学卷子P.3930疗风虚瘦弱方的文献研究,认为本方具有益气养血、解表散寒之功,原为治疗产后风虚瘦弱而设。进而以典型病案为例,灵活化裁此方,用治产后头晕腹泻、头晕恶心、头晕乏力(包括贫血)、四肢无力患者疗效显著,为敦煌医学方用于临床治疗提供参考。Dunhuang prescription from the volume P.3930 shows the function of invigorating Qi and nourishing the blood,releasing the exterior and dissipating the cold through literature study,it is set for the patients with the disease of wind-deficiency-emaciation after birth.The prescription is modified flexibly according to classic cases,effective for the patients who manifest vertigo,diarrhea,dizziness and nausea,weak（including anemia） and weakness of four extremities,which could provide reference for clinical application.
