疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者的无创性诊断及症状体征的影响

摘　　要：目的:通过临床观察疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者肝纤维化无创性诊断(Fibroscan)及其症状、体征的改善情况,求证其对早期肝硬化的治疗效果。方法:将160例被确诊为早期肝硬化的患者随机分为治疗组71例和对照组75例,2组均常规给予保肝降酶和抗病毒治疗,治疗组给予以疏肝健脾化瘀法所拟复方,对照组予复方鳖甲软肝片,观察2组患者治疗前后肝纤维化无创性诊断的变化及治疗结束后主要症状、体征的改善情况。结果:肝硬度值2组治疗前后自身比较,均有统计学差异(P<0.01),治疗后2组之间比较,治疗组改善明显(P<0.05);主要症状体征改善情况,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。结论:疏肝健脾化瘀法对早期肝硬化患者的肝硬度值及其症状体征有较好的改善作用。Objective：To verify therapeutic effects of ShuGan JianPi HuaYu method in treating early cirrhosis through observing the improvement of fibroscan diagnosis and symptoms in patients with early cirrhosis.Method：All 160 patients were randomly separated into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups received the therapy of protecting liver,lowering transaminase and anti-virus,the treatment group took ShuGan JianPi HuaYuTang,the control group were also given with FuFang BieJia RuanGan tablets.Improvements of main symptoms and changes of fibroscan diagnosis before and after treating were observed.Result：There were significant differences in comparisons within one group before and after treating in liver stiffness（P0.01）,compared with the control group,the treatment group improved more significantly after treating（P0.05）;comparison of both groups showed statistical meaning in the improvements of main symptom（P0.005）.Conclusion：The method of ShuGan JianPi HuaYu could improve liver stiffness and symptoms of patients with early cirrhosis.
