摘  要:在ZnO-B2O3-SiO2系统瓷白玻璃中,分别掺杂不同含量的P2O5,用XRD、SEM及FT-IR测试分相颗粒大小及形貌和玻璃体中基团的变化。通过分析P2O5对玻璃密度、白度、耐酸碱性能的影响,结果表明:P2O5的加入能在玻璃中出现[PO4]结构,有效促进硼硅酸盐玻璃的分相,使得玻璃分相均匀分布于玻璃基体中,玻璃密度、白度、耐酸碱性能提高。但加入量大于2wt%后,可促使玻璃析出Li8Zn3P4O17晶体,降低玻璃的白度、耐酸碱性。ZnO-B203-SiO2 Ceramics-Type glasses containing different contents of P205 (0 - 4wt%) were prepared. The were characterized .The fracture and unit structure of the glass samples were characterized by XRD, SEM and FT-IR, and the effect of P205 on glass characters, such as density, whiteness and water- resistant was discussed. The results indicate that [PO4] structure appears with P205 addition, which can effectively promote the phase separation in this glass, and improve the even distribution of phase separation particles in glass matrix. As a result, the density, whiteness and water-resistant of the borosilicate glass were improved. However, the LisZn3P4Ol7 crystallization behavior was investigated with the addition of P2Os above 2wt%, which decreased the whiteness and water-resistant of the borosilicate glass.
