摘  要:针对RH精炼炉的具体操作条件,以刚玉和尖晶石为主要原料,同时添加适量的微粉和高效分散剂,研究了电熔锆刚玉(以下简称FZA或ZA)加入量0%,2%,4%,6%,8%,10%对刚玉-尖晶石浇注料110℃×24h、1000℃×3h、1400℃×3h、和1550℃×3h热处理后试样的常温抗折强度和耐压强度、永久线变化率、热震稳定性和抗渣性等的影响。结果表明,与不含FZA的浇注料相比,浇注料的抗热震性明显改善,残余强度保持率最高可达25%,且抗渣侵蚀性能也得到显著提高。Based on the operation conditions of RH refining furnace, this paper investigates the influence of different amounts (0%, 2wt%, 4wt%, 6wt% and 10wt%) of fused zirconium corundum(FZA, or ZA) addition on the cold modulus of rupture (CMOR), cold crushing strength (CCS), permanent linear change, thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of corundum-spinel castables containing corundum and spinel as raw materials as well as proper amounts of micro powders and high effective dispersant after treated at 110℃, 1000℃, 1400℃ and 1550℃ for 3h, respectively. The results showed that compared with the castables without FZA, FZA addition could greatly improve the CMOR, CCS, thermal shock resistance and slag resistance of castables simultaneously.
