摘　　要：对端盖复合模进行了研究和设计,详细分析了端盖零件加工的工艺性和模具结构。通过对模具结构的分析,在模具中采用了成形和卷缘同时进行的工艺,实现了落料、成形卷缘、冲孔和翻边4道工序的复合,使得复合模在加工中取得了成功。该模具设计新颖,结构合理,使用效果好,且提高了产品质量,降低了成本。End cover complex die was studied and designed with end cover parts＇ processing technology and die design analysied detailedly. After analyzing the die structure, shaping and edge-rolling was achieved at the same time in the process, by which realized the com- plex technology of blanking, shaping ＆ edge-rolling, punching and flanging. Therefore, complex die was achieved in the process. The die with novel designed appropriate structure was in good service as well as improving the quality of products and reducing costs.
