摘 要:由于发动机罩外板形状平缓,料厚较薄,容易产生刚性不足缺陷。通过采用过顶拉深工艺、过翻边工艺和不等料厚加工等方法,由数控机床替代了钳工的大量研配工作,既保证了发动机罩外板的外观质量和刚性要求,又节省了模具调试时间成本。该工艺从设计源头消除潜在缺陷,大大提高了工作效率。Since the shape of hood outer panel is flat and its material thickness is compara- tively thinner, defects were easily caused by rigid shortage. After over crown process, over flanging process and non-uniform thickness processing, lots of benchwork tryout work was replaced by CNC. In this way, the quality of appearance and the rigid requirement was ensured. At the same time, the time of die tryout and the cost was cut down. The process eliminates the potential defects from the source of design so that working efficiency is greatly improved.
