引滦入津工程管理信息系统分析思考及完善建议

摘　　要：引滦入津工程管理信息系统从正式开工建设到现在已历时近8年时间,为提升引滦工程安全供水保障率,满足应急管理工作中的技防要求,全面提升引滦现代化管理和工程管理水平作出了巨大贡献。但随着我国信息技术的飞速发展,信息系统部分功能需要进一步拓展,硬件设施需要进一步升级改造,软件应用方面也需要进一步深化。结合引滦工程管理实际,就存在问题进行分析思考,并就今后引滦信息系统升级改造提出意见建议。Management information system for Water Diversion from Luan River to Tianjin has been constructed and operated for nearly 8 years since its opening for construction. It makes great contribution to upgrade modernization and project management level, enhance the guarantee rate of water supply of the project and meet the requirement of public safety in emergency management. However, along with the rapid development of information technology, some of its function needs to be further exploited. The hardware and software all need to be upgraded. Considering the ac- tual situation of the project, the existed problems are evaluated and suggestions are made for re-modernization of the management information system of the project.
