摘 要:采用多步乳液聚合法合成了单分散性良好的中空乳胶粒,并采用粒径分析仪、粘度计、酸值测量、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和紫外-可见光分光光度计(UV-Vis spectrophotometry)测量考察了交联单体用量对中空乳胶粒形态和遮盖性的影响。研究结果表明随着壳中交联单体用量的增加,乳胶粒强度增加,溶胀程度降低,空腔均匀性和表面平整性提高;且当交联单体用量<6%(质量分数)时,中空乳胶粒的遮盖性随着交联单体用量的增加而增加;交联单体用量>6%(质量分数)时,中空乳胶粒的遮盖性基本不变。交联单体的最佳用量为6%(质量分数)。In this paper,the well monodispersed hollow latex particles were synthesized through multi-step seeded emulsion polymerization.And the effect of crosslink monomer dosage in the shell on the morphology and opacity of the hollow latex particles were investigated by the characterization methods of particle size analysis meter,viscosity meter,acid value analysis,TEM,SEM and UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The results showed that with the increase of the crosslink monomer dosage in the shell,the strength and the swelling degree of the latex particles present trends of increase and decrease respectively,and both the uniformity of the void and the surface smoothness of the latex particles were improved.Moreover,when the crosslink monomer dosage was in the range of 0-6wt% in the shell,the opacity ability of the hollow latex particles increased,whereas,the opacity ability of the latex particles keeps constant when the crosslink monomer dosage exceeded 6wt%.The optimum dosage of the crosslink monomer in the shell was 6wt%.
