摘 要:将选定配比的AA/AN/MMA均匀混合,分别利用电子束和γ射线辐射引发聚合,形成聚酰亚胺前驱体和微相分离的降解性链段,程序控温酰亚胺化和微孔化,得到了微孔聚丙烯酰亚胺材料。红外光谱分析表明电子束和γ射线都能很好地引发聚合,高温酰亚胺化后得到聚丙烯酰亚胺;热分析表明所得的微孔材料具有优良的热稳定性,其中EB引发的起始分解温度达到341.8℃,γ射线引发的起始分解温度达到343.46℃;扫描电镜分析表明所得微孔材料具有规整的、分布均匀的闭孔结构,其中EB辐照所得的孔径约为100μm,γ辐照得到的孔径约为30μm。Acrylic,acrylonitrile and methyl methacrylate were mixed uniformly,and polymerization was induced by electron beam or γ-ray irradiation.The micro-phase separated structure of degradable chains and polyimide precursor were obtained.Then,imidezation and pore-forming have been conducted by programmed heating,and the micro-porous polyacrylimide materials were fabricated.According to FT-IR analysis,polymerization has been conducted by electron beam and γ-ray irradiation,and polyacrylimide was prepared.The micro-porous material exhibited good thermal stability.Initiated by electron beam and γ-ray irradiation,the initial decomposition temperature of the material was 341.8 and 343.46℃.SEM analysis demonstrated that the obturator foramen was uniform,and the aperture of the material irradiated by electron beam and γ-ray were about 100μm and 30μm.
