摘 要:涡旋制冷压缩机的结构建模与动力学特性分析是提高压缩机整机性能的有效途径。取泛函通用涡旋型线的特殊涡旋型线对其研究,利用MATLAB软件编程,得到关于切向角参数的相应空间坐标,接着利用PRO/ENGINEER软件对部件进行三维建模,然后在PRO/ENGINEER的ASSEMBLY模块下进行装配,在设定的变频与定频两种驱动模式下对机构模块进行动力学特性分析,得出压缩机在两种驱动模式下的特点以及对两种模式工况差异的原因,此研究对其提高制冷压缩机的整机性能有其重大意义。Structure Modeling and dynamics characteristics analyzing of general scroll profiles of compressor is an effective way to improve the machine performance. The special scroll profile of functional general scroll profile was studied using MATLAB to program and the corresponding space coordinates about tangential angle parameters ~o were obtained, and then, PRO/ENGINEER was used to design three- dimensional models of the parts. And then, it was assembled under the ASSEMBLY module of PRO/ ENGINEER and dynamics characteristics analyzing of mechanisms under two drive modes were carried on, which settled frequency and fixed-frequency, and the characteristics of compressor and the reasons for working condition difference under two modes were obtained, This study is significant to improve machine performance of compressor.
