摘 要:瓦斯灾害预警系统可以有效地减少瓦斯灾害事故的发生,彻底扭转我国瓦斯事故多发的局面。针对当前瓦斯灾害预警系统未能真正发挥其作用的现状,对煤矿瓦斯灾害预警理论进行了分析和研究。提出了瓦斯灾害预警系统的管理对象和目标体系,探讨了瓦斯灾害预警的基本机制和预警系统的目标,构建了由预警监测系统、预警管理系统和预警信息系统组成的瓦斯灾害预警系统。Gas disaster early warning system contributes to decreasing gas accidents effectively.It can completely change the situation where major accidents happen frequently.Gas disaster early warning theory in coal mines was analyzed and researched in this article because gas disaster early warning system plays little role at present.Management objects and objects system of gas disaster early warning system were put forward.Early-warning mechanism and objects of early warning system were discussed.At the end,gas disaster early warning system was constructed which is composed of early warning monitoring system,early warning management system and early warning information system.
