摘　　要：目的:探讨从脾肾论治多发性骨髓瘤骨痛的理论依据及作用机制。方法:依据中医理论分析脾肾的脏腑功能,临床上根据本病特点,通过补肾养血填精、益气健脾祛湿等法的运用,并结合现代研究结果进行探讨。结果:通过温肾运脾治本、祛湿化浊治标等治疗方法能有效缓解骨痛、减轻骨破坏,改善患者的生活质量,从而收到良好临床疗效。结论:多发性骨髓瘤患者正气虚损为根源,当以健脾补肾为根本,临床应力求达到正气留存,驱邪外出。Objective：To explore the mechanism of multiple myeloma bone disease treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods：Illustrate the clinical characteristic according to analysis of spleen and kidney viscera function by traditional Chinese medicine theory,as well as combination with modern research results and application of invigorating kidney,nourishing blood,essence replenishment,nourishing qi to invigorate spleen and eliminating dampness methods.Results：Warming the kidney,activating spleen-energy and dissolving dampness to relieve pain and bone destruction and improve the quality of life to achieve good clinical curative effect.Conclusion：Strengthening spleen and invigorating the kidney to achieve the healthy atmosphere retained are needed for the Healthy qi asthenia as the origin.
