中医院校学生疑病心理及相关因素的调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解中医院校临床专业学生疑病心理状况及其影响因素。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和明尼苏达多项人格量表疑子量表,对某中医院校和其他两所非医学院校665名学生进行调查。结果:中医院校学生疑病得分随年级变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),非医学院校学生各年级疑病得分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);中医专业学生EPQ量表E、N、P、L分值与常模比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疑病心理与个性的各维度均显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:专业环境和个性与疑病心理密切相关,要根据中医临床专业的学科特点及学生个性进行相应的心理辅导。Objective：To find out the hypochondriasis state of clinical Chinese medicine majoring students in TCM universities and its′ influencing factors.Methods：665 students from a university of TCM and two other universities investigated with EPQ revised by Gong Yaoxian and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.Results：The hypochondriasis marks of the students in university of TCM change remarkable in different grades（P0.05）,but there isn′t significant difference in other universities（P0.05）.E.N.P.L.of EPQ with common,the defference was remarkable（P0.05）.Hypochondriasis is closely related to all the dimensionality of personality（P0.05）,especially for the dimensionality N and dimensionality P.Conclusion：Hypochondriasis is intimately associated with academic environment and personality.Students with Hypochondriasis should have corresponding psychological guidance according to their personalities and the features of clinical Chinese medicine.
