摘　　要：针对锥形破碎机主框架的结构，分析了铸件的铸造工艺难点，根据顺序凝固原则，确定了铸造工艺方案，包括浇注位置、工艺参数、浇注系统、冒口及外冷铁和模样制作。生产实践结果表明，采用合理铸造工艺生产的高品质铸件，得到了国外用户的认可。The difficulties of casting process for the structure of main flame for cone crusher were analyzed. The casting process, including pouring position, technological parameter, gating system, riser and surface densener and pattern making, was determined. The production practice shows that the higher quality castings produced with reasonable casting process are recognized by the foreign customer.
