微创经皮肾双导管超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石

摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮肾双导管超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石的有效性及安全性。方法采用微创经皮肾双导管超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石108例。结果一期结石完全清除103例,达91.7%,取得满意疗效。手术时间50～120min,平均65min。术中出血约20～100ml,平均50ml。无严重的并发症。结论微创经皮肾双导管超声碎石治疗输尿管上段结石是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive percutaneous nephro- lithotomy（MPCNL） for treatment of proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy. Methods treatment of 128 proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy by MPCNL. Results The first MPCNL stone clearance amounted to 91.7%, the efficacy was very satisfy. The operation time was 50 to 120 minutes,average 65 mi- nutes. The blood loss was 20 to 100 ml, average 50 ml. No major complications were noted. Conclusion Treat- ment of proximalureteral cqlculi with ultrasonic lithotripsy by MPCNL is an effective and safe method.
