摘　　要：随着护理学的发展,护士在疾病预防、治疗、康复中起着越来越重要的作用。她们在照顾患者的同时肩负着教育者、研究者和管理者的责任和义务。医生和护士之间的合作程度,直接影响到患者的治疗和康复效果,以及患者对医护人员,医疗单位的满意度。Along with nursing development.
