摘　　要：目的了解医院门诊抗菌药物的使用情况,促进规范用药。方法随机抽取2011年6月～2012年6月门诊处方共10000张进行统计分析。结果 2011年下半年及2012年上半年本院抗菌药物使用率分别为43.2%和36.0%,不合格率分别为42.5%和7.6%,2012年用药情况有明显改善。结论本院抗菌药物使用情况比较合理,但还需要进一步加强。Objective To understand the use condition of the antimicrobial drugs in hospital outpatient service, to promote the rational usage about it. Methods Ten thousand prescriptions of antimicrobial drugs were selected randomly from June 2011 to June 2012 for statistical analysis. Results The utilization rate of antimicrobial prescriptions in the second half of 2011 and the first half of 2012 were 43.2% and 36.0%, and the below standard ratio were 42.5% and 7.6%, application of antimicrobial drugs in 2012 was improved. Conclusions The clinical application of antimicrobial drugs in our hospital is reasonable, but some aspects should be strengthened.
